3D projection was not clear since the starting of 3D trailers and 5-10 mins into the movie, The Gentleman and the lady behind us went to complain twice and they kept running the movie. Then the whole audience walked outside and then had to wait another 5-10 minutes for a managerial person to talk to everyone and ensure that the issue will be looked into by an engineer asap. Again 5 minute wait inside the theater and then they restarted the movie. After the fix it was okay we enjoyed the movie. Gave three stars because we drove 20 miles to see Spider Man in 3D and the experience didnt live up to the expectation. We might not do the 3D here again. Other than that toilets and everything was okay, popcorn was nice (bit on pricy side - but its common in cinemas)

Went this evening to watch back rooms. There was a group of Irish teenage girls about 6 of them. They were loud, talking and on their phones right from the adverts. It was great to see a member of staff approach them in the adverts to tell them once the film starts they would need to be quiet and no phones. Unfortunately this didn't happen and they were running in and out the screen also. I popped to the toilet and saw the same member of staff that had already approached them I think her name was Laura already dealing with them outside the screen. She was calm and professional and they were asked to leave. Thank you for dealing with this smoothly and promptly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great range of films on and comfy chairs. It would be great in the future to see a 4DX or recliner chairs. The fizzy drinks are hit and miss if they will be fizzy but the ice blast is amazing. Be aware if watching a late film and you want to pop out for a quick drink refill the counter closes so be prepared.

Cinema seats are really comfortable and its very clean lovely sound ,film was great when we got to watch it ,girl on the desk was so rude no people skills what so ever team leader wasn't much better ,we purchased tickets she told us screen 3 ticket puncher at the entry to screens was half asleep and said screen 3 when we got in there in the dark film had started but not our film ???? So politely sat in our seats and waited for 1hour 15 mins until film finished, then went to front desk told the same rude person what had happened and her reply was i never say what screen actually you did well she said I didn't so I raised my voice and repeated you did ,team leader appeared from no where and said don't shout at my staff 😀 excuse me she made the mistake not us well what do you want to do my sister and I wanted to still see the film so he gave us new tickets he also had no people skills ,its not cheap to see a film but if they want to keep customers happy change attitude!!!! Film was great 👍 👌 staff 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
