The cottage itself has three rooms and keeps things simple and practical, with a kitchen for those who'd rather cook than go out, and a games room for quieter evenings in. There's a garden and outdoor seating for enjoying the Devon countryside, and reception is staffed around the clock. Pets are welcome, which suits guests travelling with dogs for the walking trails nearby.

Free on-site parking is provided in an allocated space next to the cottage, with a further space available on request. It's a straightforward, comfortable spot for anyone wanting to spend their days outdoors and their evenings settled somewhere quiet.
