A really lovely site, with large mowed pitches that offer plenty of space and privacy. The site is right on the National Cycle Route NCR 3 and we enjoyed a lovely ride into Instow and back. You can also catch the bus from the cross roads just up from the site (hail and ride service from there so you need to stick you arm out) into Barnstaple or the other way into Lynton and Lynmouth (is quick, cheap and drops you right in the centre). Lovely hot showers and spotless facilities. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful small campsite. Excellent facilities -hot showers, washing up sinks and clean toilets. We stayed in the cabin, beautifully hand crafted by Alan. With a very comfortable bed and plenty of room, a good choice for the "reluctant" camper!! Supplied with gas cooker, water, tea, coffee, logs for the log burner or fire pit outdoors and even sticks for the marshmallows! There is also a snack shack for emergency extras and a freezer for ice packs. Gemma and Alan clearly love the site and this is reflected in the care and attention to detail in all they do. We will definitely be back!! X

Stayed at this wonderful campsite for a couple of nights over a bank holiday weekend in May. Beautiful location, large pitches, incredibly quiet... facilities superb. Gemma and Alan are a lovely couple and have a real passion for their site. Would stay here again in a flash!

We had a great stay at Edgemoor Campsite. It is perfect for our family trip, lots of space and gorgeous views. The showers were lovely and hot, and all facilities good and eco friendly. Gemma, Al and family are fantastic hosts. Can’t wait to come back soon.
