Swaffham's independent shops, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance, while Thetford Forest—with its woodland trails, High Lodge and Go Ape—lies half an hour away by car. The North Norfolk coast is equally close, offering sandy beaches and traditional seaside towns like Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea. Skylark Barn itself sits far enough back from the market town to feel properly remote.

The converted barn sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two doubles, one kingsize and one with zip-and-link singles. Three bathrooms serve the space—two en-suites plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The ground floor has a living room with a wood burner and bi-fold doors opening onto a patio, plus a kitchen-diner equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs, the largest bedroom has its own television. A utility room with washer and tumble dryer handles laundry. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; logs for the wood burner come included in the colder months, and there's a charcoal barbecue for summer use.

The private hot tub fits four or five people. Parking for four cars is on-site, and a bike store is available if you want to explore locally. One well-behaved dog can stay free. The property is non-smoking. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
