Loch Farm Stables

Loch Farm Stables is a single-level property designed to need nothing added. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and wine cooler, alongside a fridge-freezer and microwave—everything required for cooking at any level of ambition. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels all come as standard, and the wood burner has its first load of logs included. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms: the first has a kingsize bed with ensuite bath and walk-in shower; the second a double with ensuite shower; the third either two zip-and-link singles or a super-kingsize, with its own ensuite. Each bedroom has a TV and each bathroom heated towel rails. A cot and changing unit are available for families with babies.

The main living space is open-plan, with a woodburner, smart TV and patio doors opening to the garden. Outside sits a private hot tub for five people, enclosed rear garden with seating and BBQ facilities, and parking for four cars. The property is set near Thetford in Breckland, close to Loch Neaton parkrun at Watton. No smoking is permitted. One dog stays free.
