Norfolk Horn Hut

Norfolk Horn Hut is a shepherd's hut on the grounds of Godwick Hall, a working estate in the Breckland countryside near Dereham. The hut is a single open-plan space with living area and kitchenette at one end, a bedroom with double bed, and a shower room. Steps lead to the entrance; everything is on the ground floor. Wooden flooring and a wood burner give the interior character, while a microwave and fridge handle the practicalities of self-catering. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are included.

Outside there is garden furniture on a patio area and ample private parking on site. The hut suits couples looking for a quiet rural base, whether for walks around the estate or access to the Norfolk coast—Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are within a short drive, and King's Lynn station, with connections to Cambridge and London, is 17 miles away. The setting is genuinely peaceful, with sheep grazing the surrounding fields and bird song throughout the day. No smoking inside.
