The Old Coach House

Everything you need for a week away is already here. The Old Coach House comes with bed linen, towels, wifi and heating included, plus the initial load for the wood burner. A full kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are cots, high chairs and stairgates available if needed, and one well-behaved pet stays free.

Five bedrooms across two floors give sleeping space for up to 12 people. Ground level has three rooms—two with double beds and one with a pair of singles plus a sofa bed—along with a bathroom and separate shower. Upstairs, two further doubles each have their own ensuite. The main living areas downstairs include a sitting room with a wood burner and smart TV, a dining room that opens onto the garden, and a conservatory. Private parking for six cars is on site.

The barn stands in the village of Little Fransham, in Breckland, with the North Norfolk coast within reach for day trips. A large enclosed garden has seating areas and a gas barbecue, suitable for children and dogs. No smoking throughout the property.
