An inverted design puts the main living spaces on the upper floor, where the kitchen, dining area and open-plan lounge spread across one level with bi-fold doors onto a sea-facing balcony. The first floor also contains a fifth bedroom and a separate toilet. Downstairs, four bedrooms and three bathrooms are arranged around a central hall, each bedroom with a smart TV and either a kingsize or zip-and-link bed that splits into singles. Two rooms have en-suite showers; a shared bathroom with both bath and cubicle shower serves the others. A utility room with washing machine and garden access completes the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a wine cooler. Essentials including Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. A hot tub on the decking seats seven, and the enclosed garden has patio seating and a barbecue. There is parking for six cars and a bike store. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property overlooks Bridlington Bay; the town centre and Park and Ride are nearby. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
