Sandcastles opens into a spacious hallway with a ground floor toilet, then flows into an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that forms the heart of the home. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher built around a central island with seating for four. Beyond this, a large dining table and comfortable living room with Smart TV and bi-folding doors lead out to the enclosed garden. A second living room with its own Smart TV sits off the main space, and there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.

Five bedrooms occupy the ground and first floors. The ground floor bedroom has a zip-and-link super kingsize (which can split into two singles), Smart TV and access to a separate toilet. Upstairs, four further bedrooms each contain a kingsize bed and Smart TV; two have ensuite shower cubicles with heated towel rails, one shares the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, and one has its own ensuite. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with wi-fi and electricity.

Outside, an enclosed garden with lawn and patio holds a private six-person hot tub and barbecue. Parking for five cars and a bike store are available. One pet stays free. The property sits across the road from Bridlington's South Beach, with the Park and Ride nearby for onward travel. No smoking indoors.
