What visitors say
I had fairly low expectations of the 45 minute docks tour as we are already pretty familiar with the area, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised! We were on the smaller battery powered narrow boat, so it was lovely and peaceful and you get a whole new perspective of the docks from the water. The commentary was great, very interesting and amusing, we learned a lot! Thoroughly recommend!

Very friendly, bright, smooth comfortable trip that kept to timings. Good commentary and lovely to have wild life pointed out, eg a heron and ducklings. Very nice coffee at a reasonable price. Crisps, lager etc but no other food. Beautiful views of trees, info about other boats. Stop at pubs for lunch about an hour and a half, lovely setting. My husband has arthritis and managed the steps down to the boat and then the big step across to the boat, but I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who isn't confident with their mobility even though the crew are helpful.

We had the most wonderful experience with Bristol Packet for our wedding cruise. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us bring our plans together, even with a very tight turnaround time and plenty of special requests! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their communication throughout was excellent. Leading up, we were very grateful for Ruby and Karolina for helping us with the booking and on the day itself, Captain George and the crew were absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, organised and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great time. They created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and our guests haven't stopped talking about how much they loved the cruise. The boat was a perfect setting for our wedding celebrations, offering beautiful views of Bristol and a really unique experience for our family and friends. Everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Thank you to Captain George and the whole Bristol Packet team for helping make our wedding day so special. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bristol Packet to anyone looking for an unforgettable event on the water.

Went on Sunday for a well-priced 45min tour on the river. Travels up and down and learnt some interesting facts about Bristol. A nice little thing to add into a Bristol trip weekend:)
