We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are very welcoming & helpful, the facilities are great & the rooms are clean & very comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We dined in The Curious Kitchen. OMG! The food is amazing, well presented & full of flavours. The atmosphere was relaxing & comfortable especially with having Sami as our waiter! What a lovely, helpful & knowledgeable member of staff you have. He went way beyond the regular customer service that we receive, which is always very good at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an asset to your team. Well done! We will definitely be returning very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at your hotel. The little touches for the children made us feel really welcome as a family. We've already recommended to friends and family and will definitely be returning. The room was fab, and the swimming facilities were amazing. All staff were excellent and we couldn't speak higher of the team. Breakfast was also fantastic, plenty of choice all really tasty. Again lots of lovely options for the little ones. We cant wait to come back again.

Went for 1 night to have a little spa get away. The spa was incredible and the staff top notch! The massage was really good! The restaurant food was out of this world and once again the staff went above and beyond with our food intolerances. The only negative was that the room window wasn’t opening and the air conditioning wasn’t working so the room was warm and humid. Other than that, amazing experience! Ps. Loved the prosecco and beer check in treat!!

Had a great spa day today. Highlight was 50min back massage and facial with Lauren, she listened carefully in the consultation, it was so relaxing and I felt like a new person after. Thank you! Spa facilities were good with a pool, jacuzzi which runs every 10 minutes, sauna and steam room. We were given towels, slippers and cozy robes and there were healthy snacks, smoothies, hot drinks, coffees and even suki tea in the large relaxation room. We had a tasty 2 course lunch from a set menu. I enjoyed the French onion soup and fish finger sandwich and chips. Everything was nearby and you could go to lunch at the bar in your gowns and slippers. Also parking is free for spa customers! Looking forward to my next visit!
