About Horts Townhouse
A proper Sunday roast and a bar that fills up with locals as well as guests set the tone at Horts Townhouse, on Broad Street in the heart of Bristol. The kitchen's breakfast also gets plenty of attention, and with a restaurant on site alongside 24 hour reception, food is as much a reason to stay here as the rooms themselves.
Those rooms are comfortable and well decorated, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi as standard, plus family rooms and accessible rooms for those who need them. Drinks in room and a lift are useful extras, and staff are consistently friendly and attentive, even if service at busier times can run a little slow.
Beyond the front door, Bristol's attractions and amenities are within easy reach, with pubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby, and a golf course not far off either. Pets are welcome too, making Horts Townhouse a practical base for exploring the city.

Amazing breakfast, coffee and service! Highly recommend popping in one morning if you're in the area. We weren't actually staying here but it's no problem to turn up and ask if they have table on the day. I went mid week, I recall somewhere it was stated they usually have walk-in tables but the breakfast is that good. And especially of its a weekend, might be worth booking

For £14.50, it was a little disappointing given it's price point. Beans weren't served warm/hot, but maybe because I came only an hour after opening on a Sunday(?) They could be a little more generous regarding portion sizes - Wasn't expecting beans in a tiny saucepan/pot, and probably 2 tablespoons of mushrooms. However, the food did taste relatively good.

We staid at Hort's Townhouse as first time visitors in Bristol, and were really delighted with the accommodation and location. The hotel is located on a quiet street, just a stone throw away from St Nicholas market and the old city of Bristol, short walk from Christmas steps, and easy walk to Cabot Circus shopping area or restaurants in the harbourside. It's ideal if you are there to discover the city! At the same time the hotel is really nice and intimate traditional townhouse with a lively pub downstairs. We didn't hear any noises to our room and slept very well. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with lots of little special touches including a personal greeting card (loved it!) and small bites. We'll definitely plan to stay here again if coming to Bristol next year! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Amazing stay! Stayed in a bigger boutique room, which was immaculate and lovely thoughtful bits left for us. Food and drinks were amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be booking to come back. Our daughter doesn’t want to ever leave apparently
