What guests say
Check-in service and room OK. Shower wash dispenser was empty, which was a little frustrating. Biggest issue was with restaurant service in the evening. I've had previous issues here with service in the restaurant, and most recently waited 30 minutes at a table before staff even spoke to me to ask if I wanted a drink and take my order. Food, when it arrived, was OK-ish, with an advertised item missing from the main course, but to be fair, its pretty cheap, so you get what you pay for I guess. Being asked if my meal was OK from a good 5 metres away across the restaurant didn't help improve my view of the service. In future, I'll use Molly's Diner across the road from the hotel, which is generally excellent.

I stop in a lot of Premier Inns. Nice rooms, clean and quite and a comfortable temperature. The bar and restaurant area was always busy but I'm a lively way not a you had to wait excessively. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the WiFi worked well. Close to a lot of eateries and close to Cribbs

Every Premier Inn needs a Lewis! What a credit to the team. Fantastic service. Cool, calm and bubbly. Followed by the brilliant Rory. Pre-empting and organising a dlight menu change to accommodate preferences even before we had asked! Amazing guest service from borh.

Fairly standard Premier Inn. Booked the Premier Inn Plus room which was nice, it had a TV, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and iron and board. Beer is slightly pricey. Cooked breakfast was good as always. Staff were friendly.
