We enjoyed our stay. Good spacious room, comfortable, wot a well-equipped bathroom. Room was at the front, so a certain amount of incidental noise from the road, but we slept well. Good breakfast. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very convenient for Blaise Castle and grounds with its amenities, attractions and beautiful walks. Local Blaise Inn pub is lovely and has great food. Recommended ✔️

Very lovely place to stay, which made it a favourite of mine. The style and cleanliness of the rooms were to a high standard which made it welcoming to stay in. Impressed with the standard of food. The hosts were warm and welcoming.

Had an excellent time here. Staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful, food is very good. While the hotel is clearly furnished in an old-fashioned style, I was very pleased that the bathrooms and showers were very modern. Would recommend and stay here again.

We stayed at Best Western Henbury Lodge over the weekend and were appalled to be confronted by animal activists on our way in. Brandishing a loudspeaker, they were making a big fuss about the hotel's egg supply (apparently they still use caged hen eggs) and made for a very stressful and unpleasant welcome. This is NOT how I expect to be greeted at a reputable hotel after a long journey and a busy weekend ahead. SORT IT OUT, BEST WESTERN.
