What guests say
The room was large and felt like home. The bed was very nice and comfy providing a brilliant night's sleep. The room and it's bathroom were were clean to a high standard with no issues. The staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful and always nice and chatty. It has an attached Beefeater for food service and I can not fault the staff there either. The other brilliant thing is that it is just a stones throw from THREE different supermarkets so it's really easy to get anything that you may need. Only negative, the curtains had a few holes/rips in them. This was the only thing that can say "let the room down" as it were. Otherwise, overall a very pleasant stay and o would most definitely stay again if coming back to Bristol on business.

We've stayed at a number of Premier Inn locations and this is by far the best. The rooms are in great condition, the whole hotel smells very clean, the beds are super comfortable as always and the staff were lovely. It's also attached to the best Premier Inn - affiliated restaurant, Beefeater. Staff were so efficient here on both evenings that we ate their, and the food was very good. We had a chicken burger; salmon (which was the biggest hit) and chicken melt with chips. All highly recommended! Also, convenient parking and easy walk to a large Aldi and Sainsburys.

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Bristol, close to Parkway and Filton Abbey Wood train stations. We booked a superior room, which are situated on the 4th floor which have a mini fridge, flat phone charger, coffee machine etc as extras. The bed was comfy as always and the view was good. Its on a retail park near other retail parks with most shops around without the need to visit Bristol centre if not necessary. Check in easy, either at desk or by machine, staff good and Beefeater next door. We would come here again if in the area Only slight concern, the windows dont open and although there is air con, the heat of summer could be very warm indeed. Take a fan is my advice.

My partner booked this hotel. I walked in and felt strange noone there. I looked for buzzer. I waited for while. A lady came out somewhere. I let her know Im Deaf that I asked her where can we parked. Outside no instruction . Lady said you can parked there before Aldi. Information is clear. We walked in and lady was very polite. We went to lift and look our room. Room is so amazing but unfortunately, bath mat found dark brown hair. My hair is black. I have to pick up and put in toilet. We need to relax. Bed is comfortable. Easy connection to wi-fi compared to others
