Stayed here as a stopover on the way back from a holiday in Cornwall, and the hotel was a very good price and location for that purpose (10 mins from the M5). The hotel and the rooms were modern, clean, and air conditioned! Main reason for the positive review was the excellent and friendly customer service from the staff on the front desk both before and during our stay, who helped us with a cot for our daughter.

Decent travelodge. Nice staff. Cheap place to stay for a night or two, about 30mins uber from Bristol city centre. Food available at hotel, including vending machine in reception for snacks. But its on an industrial estate, so theres not much else in the way of food or shops unless you get a delivery.

Great respectful staff members. Rooms I would say 6/10. We booked breakfast where the level cleanliness was abysmal (horrible). Cutlery had food stuck to it and plates were full of stains so we ended up polishing the cutlery. Also the mugs were incredibly dirty.

A great hotel for a trip to Bristol. The rooms have everything you need. The staff were brilliant and really friendly and helpful. Food was good and the service was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.
