Yare Cottage comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and the kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering—electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine mean you can prepare meals or do laundry as needed. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs has a living room with TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen-dining space; a bathroom with both bath and shower; and the main bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower. Upstairs, a second double bedroom has its own TV, while a third bedroom contains bunks, served by a separate toilet. The south-facing enclosed garden and patio look onto the River Yare, with marshland beyond—a quiet spot for sitting out or watching the water. There's bike storage and on-road parking.
Reedham village sits within walking distance: a shop is 200 yards away, and a pub and restaurant 100 yards. The railway station is a mile off. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both accessible for day trips. The cottage does not permit smoking. No children under 18 months.

Really good in a really nice friendly and peaceful place with spectacular views of the broads boats and the train bridge. The cottage is really nice only needs a few minor fixtures in the cottage like the Hoover doesn't pick up anything and one of the steps on the bunk bed is broken. Their are lots of local businesses near by like the ship pub just down the road the lord nelson,Reedham stores and the fish and chip shop and lots more.the Reedham ferry is just down the roads as well. A really nice place to stay would recommend. Thank you

Lovely cottage right on the riverfront. A favourite place to sit in the mornings is the front garden talking to all the passersby and watching the boats come and go. The cottage is well equipped and nicely kept. Plenty of space for the family and visiting friends and a dog! Half way through the week and having a great time.
