The Mill House Hotel

About The Mill House Hotel

The Mill House Hotel takes its name from the old mill buildings at Mill Of Tynet, just outside Buckie in Moray, and it still has the feel of a converted rural retreat rather than a standard roadside hotel. The garden and picnic area make the most of the setting, with outdoor seating for guests who want to eat or relax away from the bar and restaurant inside.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside a dedicated bridal suite for those hosting a wedding on site. Breakfast and packed lunches are provided, drinks can be brought to the room, and room service and a 24 hour reception cover the rest of the day. Meeting rooms and concierge services are also on hand for anyone travelling on business or organising an event, and pets are welcome.

Free on-site parking makes it an easy base for exploring the surrounding area, with golf, fishing, cycling and walking all close by, along with watersports and local entertainment. Keith lies about ten miles away, and Glenfiddich Distillery is within reach for a day out, making the hotel a practical stop for touring Speyside.
