Was very surprised by the collection here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked their WW2 collection my grandfather served with 61st Highland Anti Tank Regiment 51st Highland Division and he was camped at Mostodloch Late 1940

Superb museum, packed full with an amazing collection of clothing, carriages and stories of Fochabers. There’s more to see here than in museums ten times as big. There’s so much to see that you need to visit again and again! Free to visit so repeat trips are a must! This museum is run by a small team of volunteers who are really welcoming and engaging. The museum as a whole has a very positive attitude.
