A shower room completes the layout. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking for one car on site, and a bike store if you want to explore further afield. One well-behaved pet stays free. An unfenced pond sits 4 metres from the property, and the front area includes a shared courtyard and sitting-out space.

The village pub is within walking distance. Whether you're using this as a base for work, a break from nearby towns, or exploring the Chilterns on foot or by bike, it functions as a self-contained retreat. Smoking is not permitted inside.
