The Library Suite is a single-bedroom property on a private farm near Penn, in the Chilterns between Beaconsfield and High Wycombe. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with a separate bedroom off it, plus a shower room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A king-size bed, Freeview TV, wi-fi and heating are all included. There is parking for one car on site and a front garden with patio and seating area.

The location suits couples wanting to base themselves in countryside that opens onto bridleways and cycle paths. Great Missenden, with its Georgian high street, is nearby, as are several National Trust gardens including Cliveden and West Wycombe Park. Beaconsfield and High Wycombe are within easy reach for shops and services. One dog or cat can stay at no extra cost. The property does not permit smoking. Note that there are steps down into the garden, and six steps to the entrance.
