Foxstones Farm House

Foxstones Farm House comes properly equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric Aga, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Downstairs there's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a shower room, and a living room with Freeview TV. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Oil-fired central heating keeps things warm, and there's parking for three cars on site.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. The main bathroom has a bath and toilet. You have the whole property to yourself, and one pet can stay free. The enclosed front garden has a BBQ and furniture, good for eating outside when the weather allows. A cot and highchair are available if you need them. No smoking inside.

The property sits in Cliviger, a quiet village near Burnley in Lancashire. The North West's attractions—countryside, cities and the coast—are within an hour's drive. Locally there's a shop, petrol station, pubs and a hairdresser.
