What visitors say
The wonderful visitor center was full of great information and had excellent kids friendly exhibits. Several people were manning the center and answering questions. As it happened, several items in the exhibit had just been found the week prior on an adjacent farm while preparing the fieldsI had a fascinating tour with an archeologist. The sites were well cared for. While I was in tour the ranger spotted two Orcas playing about.

The staff were very engaging the shop Has good souvenirs and the small museum was very interesting. The walk out to the tomb itself was scenic and has a circular route cliff side was great for photos but do take care not to get to close to the edge!

Easy 1 mile walk from the centre to the tomb passed a bronze age house. Entry to the tomb is by a trolley. You pull yourself in by a rope. Worth a visit for the Great Escape r8enactment alone.....
