An amazing campsite in the woods. Each pitch has it's own little space for a firepit, and everyone was very friendly. There is a footpath from the campsite to a local waterfall with a stream that is great for dogs and children to play in.

Liers, thieves and scammers. I gave birth the day before I was meant to go, and originally they said I could transfer the dates. But now they don't even offer the glamping services and are refusing to give me back my £180. They lied, and stole money from a vulnerable woman and I would not recommend dealing with them. In general, they would have rather I gave birth in the tent as per their terms and conditions. As per the response, I booked a glamping tent and they no longer offer the service and are refusing to refund me for a service they cannot provide!! Unacceptable response in every way. They even didn't TELL me this until I asked so I would have showed up with a 11 month old without a bloody TENT! Honestly, shocked at the behaviour of the owners - I've had to put a chargeback in today and will be taking them to small claims over this.

On arrival it was clear that the images on the website were far from accurate. What was described as forest floor was more like man made tiny area. A chap who claimed he was the owner agreed to refund us after admitting that you can do anything with photography, if you know what you're doing. Weeks passed, without refund. I called the site and spoke to the owner who reluctantly agreed to a refund. I liaised with Pitchup throughout and months later have still not received my refund. Pitchup have attempted many times to help with the refund to no avail. What a shame.
