About Flagg View
Flagg View delivers spectacular scenery and a peaceful setting near Buxton, making it ideal for walkers keen to explore the Peak District's limestone plateau. This tiny farm site (just a handful of pitches) offers electric hook-ups on both hardstanding and grass, with car parking right by your unit and barbecues welcome. Dogs are allowed year-round, and there's a handy dog walk nearby.
The location puts you within reach of canoeing, cycling, mountain biking and sailing, plus indoor pools and leisure parks for families. A farmers' market, restaurant and bar are all close by, and public transport links are decent. The trade-off? There's no hot water on site, so it's one for campers happy with a more back-to-basics approach in exchange for those far-reaching views.

What visitors say
A brilliant small and quiet campsite . Jack can not do enough for you, a lovely gentleman. Fresh eggs every morning just pop your money in the honesty box. The goose eggs are amazing. The trails are a short walk away from the campsite but if you are here to walk that isn't a problem. Will definitely be back

Love this place, especially the fresh air smell.....clears your lungs out 👌🏻! Great location for walking, pubs with home cooked food, fresh eggs for sale on site. Jack is always helpful & on hand if not farming. Deffo recommend 💯!!!

Lovely quiet, dog-friendly site with stunning views. Thanks to the very helpful owner who gave us a hand levelling our caravan on the pitch (we're newbies). Great location for exploring the Peak District. Very close to Bakewell, Buxton and Chee Dale. We also had a lovely meal at one of the owner's recommendations, The Royal Oak, which is just 2 mins up the road. Water and electric on the pitch. Lovely stay. Would definitely come back.
