A wonderful location with easy access to nearby towns and national park. The main room is very cute, the outdoor wash area is fine, the wood-fired hot tub is great, the bathrooms need some TLC but fine. As part of a working farm you can expect some noises, I would recommend taking good quality earplugs just in case the cockerels are about at 3:30am each morning.

Perhaps the hardest place we've had to leave, every thing about our stay here was fantastic, location is perfect for getting places, host was amazing and very helpful. Loved the layout, alot of thought went into making our stay a great experience. Cats were lovely, they enjoy a cup of tea with you in the morning.

My wife and I had a lovely 2 night stay here. Hosts Sioned (confirmed pronunciation: shone-ed) and Gethyn were lovely. Warm welcome on arrival and explained how everything worked. Wine, chocolate, bacon eggs, milk etc were waiting for us when we arrived. Sioned was really knowledgeable about the area, provided taxi phone number and recommended some lovely places to eat. Towels, bedding etc all provided. Cooking facilities, small fridge with freezer compartment. The shepherds hut is cosy, warm and well heated, it is handmade by Gethyn with some lovely handmade details. It is on a farm with cows, sheep etc which were close to the shephereds hut and friendly. You can walk to the sea and it is well located for snowdon, zipworld and other local attractions. Bring with you, flip flops, torch. If you follow the post code it takes you to the other entrance which is a bit confusing. If approaching from caernarfon drive along the caernarfon Rd and look for the blue sign for lleti Llanfair on the left. The mark for lleti Llanfair is in the exact right place on Google maps.
