Llanrwst sits within reach of Snowdon, the Llyn Peninsula beaches and Anglesey, making it a natural base for exploring north Wales. Beudy Bach is one of several converted farm buildings at Parciau Farm Cottages, a working rural complex less than two miles from Caernarfon town centre. The cottage is a standalone one-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeping two, set on ground level with level access to the entrance.
Inside is an open-plan living space with a 50-inch smart TV and French doors to the garden, a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer, and a bedroom with a 4ft 6in double bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and electricity are provided, with a meter option for further use at reduced tariff. You have private parking on site and access to an enclosed walled garden with patio furniture, shared with other cottages here. The farm is within easy driving distance of Snowdon's rack-and-pinion railway, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and the Sea Zoo. A cycle track is two minutes away, and an outdoor pursuit centre ten minutes on foot. No smoking inside the cottage, though the garden is available for this.
