About Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel
Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel began life as a pair of Victorian country houses, and that history still shapes the building today, with 98 rooms spread across three floors amid woodland grounds on Lime Avenue in Camberley. Bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and room service, and the hotel offers family and accessible rooms alongside packed lunches and kids' meals for those travelling with children.
The spa and sauna sit alongside a gym and an indoor swimming pool, giving guests somewhere to unwind regardless of the weather outside. There's a restaurant and bar for meals, a snack bar for something lighter, and outdoor seating in the garden when the season allows. Meeting rooms and business services are also on hand, making it a workable base for conferences as well as leisure stays, and pets are welcome for those bringing four-legged company.
Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point cover practical needs, while the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, horse riding and watersports nearby, plus pubs and entertainment for evenings out. Laundry service and luggage storage round out the amenities for longer stays.
Guests consistently praise this hotel for its excellent spa offerings, specifically mentioning the rejuvenating massages and facials, alongside the well-maintained pool, sauna, and clean steam room. Furthermore, reviewers highlight the friendly and attentive nature of the staff, the delicious quality of the food, and the beauty of the hotel grounds.
Some reviews mention the spa facilities can be basic.
