What visitors say
We had a fantastic experience at Team Sport Go Karting & Laser Combat! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, welcoming, and professional, making sure everyone felt comfortable and knew exactly what to do. The go-karting was exciting, the laser combat was great fun, and everything was well organised. The staff really made the visit stand out—they were enthusiastic, patient, and always happy to help, creating a fun and safe atmosphere throughout. I’d highly recommend Team Sport to anyone looking for a great day out with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

The whole birthday party was poorly managed. I had booked ultimate birthday party package( their most expensive one) .Still, on the day There was no information provided on the party room - where party was supposed to take place and where team need to gather post game. On arrival someone took the group for game briefing ( only). After the laser combat game host asked us to leave the game room without informing us which room to go next. Whole group was stranded. There were no game Madels given to kids. There was no party present , no help in cake cutting. Completely shambled experience. I will never book this venue again

Laser combat was booked for my sons 10th birthday. I think everything is what you make it and the children did have fun overall. The set up of the battlefield was great and I liked how we could watch from the balcony. However, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The safety brief was less than 5 minutes, children basically shown how to use the equipment and told a few rules and then it was a free for all. We had a team of five 9/10 years olds who were up against 6 older kids (12/13 maybe). I feel like the person doing the brief could have been more engaging, by setting the vibe and getting everyone hiped up, they could also be dressed for the part? (Like a soldier maybe). I also think for the younger kids, having an adult (a party host maybe?) on the battlefield to encourage them when feeling defeated would have been helpful rather than a person just standing at the side doing nothing. We had some tears that I think could have been prevented. No refreshments were provided between the 2 laser games, which given we had booked a party package, a jug of water/diluted juice wouldn't have gone a miss. (The other team had brought snacks and drink in with them, so I'd recommend anyone booking to do the same as it seems this is allowed). The "VIP" room provided for the party food booked was pretty dull, dirty grey walls, a table/bench to sit at and a vaccum and stack of chairs in the corner, it resembled more of a large dull cupboard to be honest. There was one go kart picture on one of the walls but it could really do with having more pictures (plenty of great ones on the website that could be used) or a wall mural to make it feel a bit more like a party room. The most frustrating thing about this was I'd called the company weeks before to ask about the party area to see if I should bring balloons, banners or anything and I was led to believe that there was no party room and the kids would eat in a shared space so there wouldn't necessarily be anywhere for me to put banners etc. I could have really improved the feel of the room of I hadn't been misinformed. Food and dessert was nice enough but the kids really needed more than a small carton of apple juice after all their running about. I did end up buying more drinks from the cafe. I think the concept and layout is great, but it could be alot better by sprucing things up a bit with the delivery/engagement from the host and Freshening up the VIP room. If booking for a young group I'd recommend at least one adult booking in to help keep the momentum throughout the 2 games and take extra drinks and snacks even if youve booked a full party package with food.

Told to arrive 30 mins prior for safety briefing this didn’t take place until 25mins later and last a few mins. Person who delivered this spoke very quietly and fast that not many people understood. The children’s guns ran out of ammo very quick it wasn’t clear how to respawn however the staff member could do this but was often walking away taking to other staff members etc. I was told there would be individual scores however was then told this wasn’t the case and it was just a team however don’t even get these 🤷🏼♀️ Very random set up and not any real organisation very much a free for all and to be honest considering the money you pay definitely not worth it!!
