The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a shower room, cloakroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a non-enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, decking and furniture, along with off-road parking for two. One well behaved dog welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Note: The Garden House Cottage is adjoined to the main house by a door from the dining zone on one level with mobility-designed back entrance accessible by a ramp for wheelchairs. Note: Off-road parking for 2 cars within the garden and 3 spaces on owner land at the side of the property in Park Avenue. Please note; This property accepts a minimum of 2 nights.

Travel cot and Highchair available upon request. Sorry no facilities for charging electrical vehicles of any kind. Note: Freedom passes can be used on bus service into Whitstable and Canterbury.
