Whitstable draws visitors for its pebble beach, seafood restaurants and quirky independent shops, but the town's charm extends inland too—Canterbury's medieval streets and Chartham Vineyard are both within reach. The Telephone Exchange occupies the first floor of a repurposed Victorian building, accessible by lift or stairs, with high ceilings and an open-plan layout designed to feel spacious rather than cramped.
Two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room, share the space with a generous living area, separate dining zone and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics. A utility room handles laundry. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with electricity. There is one private parking space in a gated car park. The property sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. No smoking inside.
The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Whether you want a quiet break by the sea or to use it as a base for exploring East Kent—Deal, Broadstairs and Margate are all within easy driving distance—this works for either.
