The Manor Coach House is a converted Grade II coach house that retains period character while offering contemporary comforts. Two kingsize bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, and upstairs an open-plan living space with kitchen spans the first floor, opening onto a teak balcony. The property sleeps six, with a sofa bed in the living area. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are covered. The one-acre walled garden is the real draw: it holds a heated outdoor pool (available April to November), a hot tub with waterfall feature, a pizza oven, gas and coal barbecues, fire pit, table tennis table and garden games. A teak terrace with furniture sits central to this space. The property is non-smoking throughout.
Canterbury city centre is a short drive away, while the immediate surroundings fall within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This suits couples seeking a retreat or families wanting country time together, with the enclosed garden and array of entertainments keeping all ages occupied.

Myself and four girlfriends have just spent the weekend at this lovely home, it was perfect for what we needed with such lovely touches, As we walked through the door the first thing we notice is the smell of freshly baked bread waiting for us with butter and jam. Tea, coffee. A hamper full of goodies, milk in the fridge and even a bottle of bubbly. The hot tub was perfect and the house is in a great location with plenty to see and do.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at The Manor Coach House to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect for our family! Traveling with three children, including a young child with autism, can be challenging, but this place made our holiday feel like a breeze. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were greeted with fresh bread, which was a lovely touch! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We spent our evenings relaxing in the hot tub, and the complimentary marshmallows for the fire pit were a delightful bonus. We were also fortunate to have amazing weather, which allowed us to take a dip in the heated pool – a highlight for the kids! Overall, our stay at The Manor Coach House was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. We’ll definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommended!

Fantastic long weekend break to celebrate a milestone birthday and anniversary. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, even going as far as gifting flowers and chocolates in and of our celebration. The Coach House itself is very well appointed, comfortable and functional. The smell of fresh bread as you ascend the staircase for the first time is magical. The grounds are perfect for family chill out time as well as fun! The hot tub just tops the stay off! Could not recommend the Manor Coach House enough.
