The White House Apartments - Apartment 10

The White House Apartments occupies a recently renovated building in Whitstable town centre. Apartment 10 is a ground-floor one-bedroom unit that sleeps two, with the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—all included. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost. The open-plan living space contains a sofa bed and a dining area; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge. The separate bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), and the bathroom includes a bath with shower and heated towel rail.

The location delivers on proximity: the beach lies within a mile, and Whitstable's high street of shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants is a few minutes' walk away. The harbour and famous oyster stalls are equally close. From here you can reach Canterbury by bus or train, or explore the Kent coast—Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Deal and Tankerton are all accessible. On-road parking is available; there is also a public car park nearby at a charge. No smoking inside. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
