As a long time customer it’s time I left a review! I visited last week with my stepdad for brunch- he’s never eaten in the restaurant before, he can’t wait to visit again. Both of our breakfasts were perfection! Absolutely delicious and high quality ingredients. As you can see the portions sizes were great. My veggie sausages were delicious. The scrambled egg was the best I’ve had in ages and halloumi was cooked to perfection (I requested no guacamole otherwise that would have been on the plate too!) very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food. When they say “large” coffee- they mean large! This was a bucket of a mug and the coffee was really nice and smooth. We didn’t have room for ice cream on this visit but i have had their ice cream many times and it is always amazing! They have the best flavours- I recommend malted milk, Jamaican rum and raisin and liquorice if they have them in the cabinet, I even tried a basil ice cream once! staff members were all polite, efficient and helpful. We were seated and ordered within 5 minutes and our bill was sorted very quickly too. This business continues to be a gem in the local area. Can’t wait to visit again soon! Thank you!

Very good service, excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. Booking is recommended as it gets very busy, but they will do their best to squeeze you in without a booking. They have an extensive menu with veggie options. We came for breakfast so didn't try the ice-cream, but it is supposed to be excellent. There is a large market in the barn every other Sunday during peak season, definitely worth a look.

We thought it was a farm, it looked like a farm, and it WAS a farm! To start with we thought we'd have to slaughter something to get our breakfast but no, scrumptious fry and poach ups were already available. Three generations of us, including three children under seven, had a lovely time. The play area was much enjoyed. The only slight negative was having to pay extra - in South Yorkshire - for black pudding!

Couldn’t help but say the food was yummy as I was eating it! First had the hot chocolate and it was by far the best I have had, then came the New Yorkshire Burger with peanut butter! Didn’t know how to feel about that one so asked the peanut butter to be put on the side the burger was YUMMY! Tried the loaded fries and the salad too! Fresh and delicious. Had waffles 🧇 with ice cream from the parlour too for afters! I was so full I couldn’t eat any more very generous portions and great service from all the staff we interacted with. Definitely worth a visit
