Bwthyn Y Mynach is a converted barn that retains its rural character while offering modern comfort. The building sits in open countryside above the Towy Valley, a setting that works equally well for families wanting space or groups of friends seeking a complete change of scene. Four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, mean everyone has privacy; one bedroom also has a sofa bed for additional flexibility. The main living areas are on the ground floor, with a woodburner for cooler evenings and French doors opening onto the garden.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering – electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking from scratch or keeping things simple. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, there's a hot tub, enclosed garden with patio and terrace, and space to park four cars. A bike store sits ready for exploring the Towy Valley Cycle Path and the mountain biking routes in Brechfa Forest; the Brecon Beacons and gardens at Aberglasney are also within reach. The nearest shop and pub are a mile away. One pet is welcome, and smoking is not permitted.
