About Bryn Hebog
Out along Lower Penddaulwyn in the Carmarthenshire countryside, Bryn Hebog looks out over open garden and hill views, with Carmarthen itself a short drive away and the Gwili Railway among the nearby points of interest. It's a quiet, scenic spot, well away from traffic and noise, making it a good base for those who want the countryside without giving up easy access to the town.
Rooms are en-suite and generously sized, kept spotless, with comfortable beds and views over the garden or surrounding hills. Free WiFi is available throughout, and drinks are provided in the room, with snacks and beverages also sold on site at reasonable prices. Breakfast is cooked to order and well regarded, a proper start to the day before heading out. Guests can also make use of the garden and picnic area, outdoor seating, luggage storage, and 24 hour reception, along with free on-site parking.
The gardens themselves are well tended and a highlight of a stay here, and the staff are consistently described as friendly and welcoming. Pubs, restaurants and other entertainment can be found nearby for evenings out, while the surrounding countryside and the Gwili Railway make for a pleasant day trip without straying too far from base.

What guests say
We received a warm welcome to Bryn Hebog. Martin greeted us on arrival and assisted us transferring our luggage to our room. He took care to introduce us to the accommodation and surroundings, and settled us into our room. The property is in a beautuful location, with lovely gardens and well maintained. Our king-size bedroom was clean and very comfortable. It was lovely hearing the sound of birds singing outside. The neighbouring field is ideal for a morning breath of fresh air and stretch of the legs. Martin served us a delicious breakfast. Bryn Hebog is ideally located close enough to Carmarthen for convenience, but tucked away in a quiet and scenic location to relax away from the traffic and crowds. The dining recommendation at Y-Polin was spot on, highly recommend booking in if you're staying here. We hope to return to Bryn Hebog very soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The b&b is spotless and the gardens are full of flowers and paths to explore. The views and surrounding area are beautiful. The hosts are kind enough to keep a mini fridge of essentials like drink cans & snacks cheaper than ive seen in most shops! Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the place is very well thought-out, theres a button for assistance so you don’t have to go knocking their door. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be going again but this time booking on their own website for flexibility. Thank you Martin and Christine!
