Llwynblyfyn opens into a generous ground-floor layout where living, dining and kitchen flow together as one space, with doors leading straight onto a decked area. That terrace is the heart of the place: it holds a private hot tub for seven, a barbecue, garden furniture, and is enclosed by glass balustrade. At night the whole zone is lit. The kitchen is fitted for serious cooking—induction hob, electric oven, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave—and the ground floor has underfloor heating throughout.
Five bedrooms in total: three on the ground floor, two upstairs. Ground floor offers a king bedroom with walk-in shower and ensuite, another king, and a twin; a shared shower room serves the latter two. Upstairs, both bedrooms are kings with their own bathrooms—each with bath and walk-in shower. Four bathrooms altogether. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The property is entirely yours; there is private parking for five cars and a bike store. No smoking.
This is a house built for a group—a family reunion, a celebration with friends. The decked area and hot tub anchor the social space, while the bedrooms spread across two floors mean people can find quiet corners. The countryside around Llandeilo means views over rolling hills and farmland from the windows.

This place was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of space, modern, well kept and out of the way so we can rest and relax We all live busy lives and this just allowed us to be together and catch up properly as a group of friends who don’t get to do it to often. Brian and Dawn were great with information sharing and support We will definitely be looking at visiting again and would definitely recommend

We had booked this beautiful home in hopes of a family reunion, but ultimately needed to cancel. This is a review about the thoughtful, speedy and generous refund process that Brian & Dawn gave us; within minutes we received a full refund and a very kind and understanding response, which we deeply appreciate.

Our 1st visit was beginning of 2024 and the place was pretty new so Immaculate in every way possible!!!!! Have just come home from out 2nd visit and the place is just as Immaculate as it was 2 years ago. Dawn and Brian are absolutely fabulous and do all the work and cleaning themselves. Beds and bedding are absolutely beautiful and they really have thought of EVERYTHING!!!! Booked our 3rd visit for September before we even left! Thankyou both again, can't wait until September already! X
