Merlin’s Cabin

Merlin's Cabin is a three-bedroom lodge on a holiday park in Carmarthenshire, sleeping up to seven. The owner has equipped it thoroughly for guests who want to cook and eat independently. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are all included, along with a starter pack of essentials—tea, coffee, sugar, oil, herbs and spices, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toiletries—replenished each night. In the colder months, heated under-blankets are provided for all beds.

The cabin is laid out on one level, with a living and dining space furnished with a substantial oak table that seats six and extends further. A full bathroom has a bath with shower, and there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with three single beds. Outside, a raised deck with seating catches morning sun, and ground-level picnic tables overlook the site. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The property sits within a park that also offers guests access to a shared 30-metre swimming pool, open May through early September, and a children's play area. There is private parking for two cars. No smoking is permitted inside.
