Pyllaubach

Pyllaubach is a ground-floor cottage sleeping two near Talaris, within reach of Llandeilo. The single bedroom has a double bed; the bathroom is a walk-in shower with heated towel rail. An open-plan living space combines a sitting area (woodburner, smart TV) with a dining zone and kitchen, where you can cook properly with a full oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. One dog stays free, and there's a garden with seating to use as your own, plus access to a nearby orchard for them to explore. Parking for two cars is on site. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, and logs for the burner come with you.

Llandeilo is a working market town with a genuine character, and the area rewards exploring—Dinefwr Park, a National Trust estate of 800 acres with woodlands and the ruins of a medieval castle, is nearby. The village itself has independent shops, cafés and pubs. This is somewhere to settle in for a few days rather than somewhere to base yourself for day trips elsewhere, though the landscape of mid-Wales is on the doorstep. No smoking inside.
