The Milking Parlour

The Milking Parlour is a converted farm building in rural Carmarthenshire, set on two acres of woodland grounds. Everything you need for a week away is included: Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered, so there's nothing unexpected to pay for. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, making it straightforward to prepare meals. A woodburner in the living area provides warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings.

The entire property is on one level. Two bedrooms sleep five: one has a super kingsize bed with its own ensuite shower, the other contains bunk beds (double below, single above) served by a separate wet room. The open-plan living space includes a dining area and lounge with a 40-inch TV and DVD player. Outside, a patio with furniture and a BBQ overlooks the grounds, and there's secure parking for one car on site. A pub is less than a mile away. Note that there are unfenced ponds in the grounds, 43 yards from the cottage. Smoking is not permitted. The property suits families and groups wanting space and independence in the countryside, with the Cardigan Bay coast within easy reach.
