Ty Draw sits within reach of some of the best walking and cycling territory in south Wales. The Golwg yr Aman trail starts just 200 yards away, running through the river valley between Brynamman and Ammanford. Llyn Llech Owain Country Park lies to the west—158 acres of woodland and forest tracks suitable for both gentle strolls and rougher mountain exploration. The Brecon Beacons National Park begins 700 yards away. Further afield, Four Waterfalls at Ystradfellte is to the east, while Carreg Cennen castle sits to the north with views from nearby high ground. Ammanford is four miles away, Llandeilo ten miles, and Swansea fifteen miles; the Gower Peninsula lies beyond Swansea, and the coast itself is twenty miles distant. Dan yr Ogof show caves offer a family-friendly alternative if you tire of the outdoors.
The cottage accommodates five across three bedrooms: two doubles and one single. A shower room serves the upstairs; downstairs you have a living room with a 42-inch television, a second sitting room with an electric fire, and a kitchen-dining space fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The essentials—bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and WiFi—are included. An enclosed garden with patio at the rear offers somewhere to settle after a day out, and there is parking on site. One pet stays free. The property is non-smoking.
The village has a shop, pub and restaurant within 700 yards. This is a complete house to yourself, not a shared space.
