Ty Afon - Ty Afon Jay

Garnant is a small village on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, within reach of Dan yr Ogof Show caves, Margam Country Park, and the Gower Peninsula's beaches. Ty Afon – Ty Afon Jay is a substantial property designed for groups or extended families needing space and comfort. The whole house is yours alone, with five bedrooms spread across two floors: three on the ground level and two upstairs. Four of the five have their own ensuite, and there's an additional family bathroom. Bedrooms sleep between two and four people, with a mix of kingsize, super kingsize and single beds; all have televisions.

The ground floor centres on a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with doors onto the garden. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking – electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer – and there's a wood burner to warm the space on cooler evenings. Beyond this, a games room with pool table, a wood burner of its own, and more garden access gives groups somewhere to gather separately if they choose. Electricity, wifi, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for the wood burner are included.

Outside, a private hot tub sits in the rear garden alongside a firepit and barbecue. Parking for four cars is available. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors.
