West Rose Barn is a detached conversion in rural Carmarthenshire, set within a courtyard and surrounded by working farmland. The property sleeps seven across three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed—two have their own ensuite shower rooms, while the third shares a family bathroom with a spa bath. A generous ground-floor living space opens onto a patio, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a full-size cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided.
The grounds feature a large lawned garden, courtyard seating and a BBQ. Parking is available for three cars on-site. The location puts you within a few miles of Tenby's beaches and attractions like Oakwood Theme Park and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales. Walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and fishing opportunities are all nearby. A pub and restaurant are half a mile away. The property does not permit smoking. Note that access involves three steps to the entrance, and there are steep spiral stairs within.

Amazing place to stay! 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite. Big very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, dining table to seat 6 people and plenty of cupboard space. Big living room with comfotable seating for 6, tv, radio, books and games and patio doors leading on to patio with great view of the countryside. Expect to see and hear Swallows, kites and all kinds of other birds. Our hosts on site were bogh generous and helpful. A great place for a family holiday and exploring Pembrokeshire. And we got to see the Aurora Borealis!!! *Should also add the upstairs floorboards are VERY noisy, so if you are in the downstairs bedroom you should be sound sleepers!
