South Carvan View

South Carvan View is a four-bedroom house sleeping nine in the village of Tavernspite, where the Pembrokeshire countryside rolls toward the coast. Amroth beach sits four miles away, and a network of walking paths criss-crosses the area. The village itself has a pub and restaurant serving local food and ales, a short walk from the property. Across the road, the owner's caravan park runs an indoor heated swimming pool that guests can use during the May to September season, plus a bar and clubhouse.

The house spreads across two floors. Downstairs there is a combined kitchen, dining and living space with a wood burner, a king bedroom with its own shower room, a utility room with washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one with a super king and single bed, one with a super king, and one with two singles. A family bathroom with bath and shower serves the upper floor. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. All bedrooms have Freeview Smart TVs. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, as is fuel for the wood burner. A private hot tub sits in an enclosed back courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. Three cars can park on the property. Non-smokers only. The garden has three steps.
