Country views, sandy beaches and coastal walks – if you like the sound of all that for your next Welsh adventure, head to The Rounds, a peaceful, adults-only and family-run site on a working farm a 20-minute drive from Tenby, in rural Pembrokeshire.
Set up your tent on the expansive field (and try not to get too distracted by the spectacular views of Caldey Island), then locate all the key spots on site: the modern, well-maintained shower rooms, a firepit with benches and a Scandi-inspired indoor seating area scattered with potted plants and framing a stunning sea view through its window. Those who favour wind-swept coastal walks have an embarrassment of riches, with almost 200 miles of paths in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Stop at beaches like Amroth, Wisemans Bridge or Saundersfoot, or explore National Trust's Colby Lodge wooded valley and Canaston Wood's leafy trails, including the ancient Knights' Way pilgrim's route.
Grab what you need for the barbecue from the local farm shop or let someone else take care of the cooking at the nearest pub in Amroth village, a short drive away.

Absolutely incredible stay! Such a beautiful campsite, fantastic views, lovely pitches and the facilities were above our expectations! Fantastic converted barn with kitchen area (kettle was a massive plus☕🫖) benches, games, plenty of charging points and a really lovely vibe and design. The toilets and showers also great! James was a wonderful host. Would love to stay again and for longer next time! Thank you!

Stayed in one of the bell tents and had the best nights sleep. The view is spectacular, the showers are great and there is a room to shelter (it is in Wales) with full kitchen facilities. Definitely my favourite site ever.

The most beautiful campsite you can find near Tenby! We came with a small tent and it felt like glamping because there‘s just everything you need. Beautiful facilities for showering and going to the toilet. A wonderful communal room with board games, washing up, a fridge, a kettle and even USB ports for loading your phone. The view is beautiful, you can see Caldey Island from the campsite. James, Viv and their dog Darcey were lovely and mindful hosts. We initially booked one night and decided to stay two more nights because it was so beautiful.

Beautifully done, every detail, is done lovely. Lovely clean Glamping tent with beautiful decor, and lovely veiws, lovely clean bathroom and kitchen facilities, I definitely recommend and will definitely be returning, also the couple that run The Rounds are very helpful and friendly. Also a fantastic location, basically in the middle of all the attractions Pembroke has to offer. ☆☆☆☆☆
