The host Lisa was very welcoming and helpful, recommending places to eat and visit. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was pre-ordered and was all freshly prepared, very good.

Excellent bed and breakfast ver convenient to Carnoustie. The views are amazing and Lisa the host couldn’t be nice. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast in the morning was top notch. If you are in the area this is the place to stay.

Words cannot express how happy we are to have stayed at the Morven House! The house was beautiful and accommodations were perfect - updated rooms and bathroom made it feel like home and the property and views were amazing. Very close walk to Carnoustie golf course, you can see views of the course from the house! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. If you plan to be in the area for any length of time do not hesitate to book here!

Morven House is a beautiful detached property overlooking Carnoustie town, the golf course and Tay estuary across to Fife. The views from the garden and front facing rooms are superb. There is parking in the grounds as well as several outside seating areas. Everything is well maintained and clean. Inside, there is a spacious dining room and communal lounge. I had a double room with the wonderful views. It was spacious and clean with all the required amenities. The bed was super comfortable and the WiFi was excellent. Breakfast is pre-order and includes cold and hot options. It was all freshly prepared, good quality and very tasty. The hosting was first class. Everything was explained and shown to me and lots of helpful information was given about the area. The town centre and beach are a short walk away from the guest house giving it a great location as well. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Carnoustie.
