What visitors say
It's an absolute waste of time and money. My 1 year old nearly got hurt and I nearly broke my ankle. This place isn't fit for animals let alone babies and children. The floors aren't soft and, the so called sensory room is the biggest pile of rubbish you. A few tiny lights, a disco ball, one chair, ball pit that wasn't fit for purpose and again floors not child proofed. I'll not be going back this place needs shut down and destroyed. How anyone can say a child can have fun in here must be crazy. I'd rather walk around in the rain with my child covered than have to go back near that dump again

Kids had a great time. One criticism I have is that it does not say anywhere online that the free fall slide is unusable if kids are wearing shorts. This information is only available upon arrival and it's a bit late by then. Would be useful for this to be advised as part of the online booking process. They do have trousers that kids can share but this is unhygienic and there was only one pair to share between all the children.
