About Manor Farm Catthorpe
Tucked away in the Leicestershire countryside near Catthorpe, Manor Farm offers a genuinely peaceful escape with a welcoming, low-key vibe. The site keeps things refreshingly simple – grassy pitches spread across working farmland, campfires crackling under open skies, and friendly owners who know how to make families and their dogs feel at home. WiFi means you can stay connected if needed, though many visitors find themselves happily unplugging instead.
Facilities cover the essentials with clean showers and toilets, plus drinking water and electric hook-ups on most pitches. It's worth noting there's no chemical toilet disposal on site, so plan accordingly. The farm's central location puts you within easy reach of historic market towns, canal walks and the rolling landscapes of the East Midlands – perfect for those after a proper countryside reset without venturing too far off the beaten track.
