Freestone House is a five-bedroom barn conversion in the village of Ashby Saint Ledgers, on the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire border. The property sleeps 10 across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One dog stays free. The whole place is yours alone, making it suitable for family groups, extended gatherings or friends taking a holiday together.
The ground floor contains two living spaces, a kitchen and dining room. There's a woodburner in the main sitting room, and French doors open from both the kitchen and the other reception room onto a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an Aga alongside electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer and microwave. Upstairs, a utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms range from a super king sleigh bed to doubles and two singles; the largest bedroom also has a separate toilet. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. You can park three cars on site, with a public car park 70 metres away.
The back garden has a sitting area with furniture and a barbecue. The village church, the B V M & St. Leodegarius, is nearby. The property is non-smoking throughout, and there are four steps in the garden.
