Llanddewi Brefi is a quiet village in the heart of Ceredigion, within walking distance of The New Inn. Aeron Villa sits here as a four-bedroom cottage that sleeps six across two king and two single beds, with two bathrooms. The whole place is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet can come free of charge.

Ground floor holds a living room with wood burner and smart TV, a kitchen and dining space with electric cooker and dishwasher, plus a utility room and separate toilet. Upstairs, one king bedroom has its own en-suite shower; the other king and both singles share the main bathroom, which has a bath with shower over it. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The first load of wood for the burner comes with the property.

Outside there is a substantial rear garden with patio, seating areas and furniture. Parking is on the road; a bike store and parking for bikes or small vehicles are available. The cottage does not permit smoking. Families travelling with young children will find a travel cot and highchair here.
